This Bodhran Tipper is made of Sheesham (Indian Rosewood). It features 2 off center ridges and knob-ends. Easy to hold. The shape of this tipper provides versatility for holding it at the center, off center or end.  Overall length is approximately 9.25 inches.

The tipper is swung back and forth against the head of a Bodhran to create lively rhythmic patterns.  

The comfort and grip for each tipper is unique. You can also expect different sounds from different styles of tipper. So try a few!

A tipper is also called a bone, beater or cipin.

Note: Each tipper is made from solid wood and hand turned on a lathe, therefore the profiles of the ends may vary slightly from the photograph, as well the color of the wood.
