All merchandise, except printed or recorded materials (CDs, DVDs, books) and strings, may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping & handling costs, if the customer requests a Return Authorization within thirty (30) days upon receipt of merchandise. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges both ways.
Please do not attempt to return any item without first contacting customer service by phone at 970-239-7007 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and receiving an RA#.
Be sure to copy the RA# to a plainly visible spot on the outside of the box. Once the warehouse receives the item and completes a brief inspection, the refund will be immediately issued and a confirmation sent to the customer's email address.
Merchandise must be in new, unused and resalable condition and returned in the original packaging. If the product is not returned in the same condition as it was received, you may be subject to a repair charge or a 20% restock fee.
For items with discounted shipping or free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund.
Customers are encouraged to insure returns for their protection. Items that are damaged during return will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
No returns are accepted after 30 days.
