Orders Via the Website:
Once your order is received, we typically ship within one to three days. If you have any questions about our prices, policies or procedures, we recommend that you contact us at support@soundworldinstruments.com.

Weight:
The "weight" expressed in the description page of each item is not the physical weight of the product. It is a "UPS equivalent weight" which takes into account the actual product weight and the container dimensions. The integrated shipping calculator, provided by UPS, then uses the destination zipcode and this "equivalent weight"  to calculate the correct shipping charges.

Order Tracking:
Information regarding orders you have placed (reviewing an order, tracking a shipment) can be tracked by emailing us at support@soundworldinstruments.com. Please be sure to include your order number to expedite your request.

How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, you must contact one of our customer service executives either by email (support@soundworldinstruments.com) or by calling Sound World Instruments (A Division of Salmagundi, Inc.) at 1-888-245-6885, and they will be happy to assist you.

Discounts:
Besides offering periodic specials and sales, we are happy to announce our new 20% discount on all orders !!

Also, Sound World Instruments is excited to be able to offer you and your organization our additional "educational discount" of 5% for any order exceeding $200.00 (Note: the educational discount will not apply to items already on sale which are prominently displayed on the home page).

Discount offers and coupons cannot, under normal circumstances, be combined. (Exceptions: Members of any organization, school, Church or club and owners of music and gift stores may be eligible for additional discounts on non-sale items). Sales Tax:
Due to the location of our offices, we are required to collect 6.1% sales tax exclusively in the state of Arizona.
