Customer Care/Business Hours:

Expedited Shipping: 
Expedited shipping quotes are available for 1, 2 or 3 day air services through several methods:

1) PLEASE NOTE: Automated website shipping prices for Expedited 1, 2, or 3 day air are Only ESTIMATES (due to volatility in the airline industry) and may be subject to change. Customers will be notified for approval of any necessary adjustments prior to shipping.

2) Call Customer Care @ 970-239-7007 between 9 am - 5 pm MST, Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays). Leave a message, including the best contact number, if a representative is not immediately available. Please indicate the SKU #s and quantities of the desired products, your preference of 1, 2 or 3 day air delivery, and include your zip code.

3) Send a message indicating the SKU #s and quantities of the desired products, your 1, 2 or 3 day air delivery preference and your zip code to support@soundworldinstruments.com.

4) Or, include a note in the "Optional Special Instructions" field on the 2nd page of the checkout procedure and we will get back to you with a quote for the expedited shipping prior to submitting your order to the warehouse for processing.

Orders Via the Website:
Once your order is received, we typically ship the very next day, excluding weekends & holidays. If you have any questions about our prices, policies or procedures, we recommend that you contact us at support@soundworldinstruments.com.

Discount offers and coupons cannot, under normal circumstances, be combined. (Exceptions: Members of any organization, school, Church or club and owners of music and gift stores may be eligible for additional quantity discounts on select items).

International Sales:
We are excited to be able to offer estimated International Shipping quotes via a simple email to support@soundworldinstruments.com including the following information:

  • Item SKU #s and quantity.
  • Complete international shipping address & phone number.

International quotes cannot be provided automatically via the website. This simple email is the only method of providing estimated international shipping quotes. Final charges may vary, either up or down, due to multiple factors including daily fuel rate fluctuations, packaging changes (we may be able to combine items into a single box to reduce costs), time delays due to backorder status, insurance costs, etc.

    The "weight" expressed in the description page of each item is not the physical weight of the product. It is a "UPS equivalent weight" which takes into account the actual product weight and the container dimensions. The integrated shipping calculator, provided by UPS, then uses the destination zipcode and this "equivalent weight"  to calculate the correct shipping charges.

    Order Tracking:
    A purchase receipt will immediately be sent to the email address provided during the ordering process, so please be careful to enter your information correctly.

    Upon your order leaving the warehouse, the shipment tracking information will also be sent to the same email address so that you will know exactly when to expect delivery.

    How Do I Cancel an Order?
    To cancel an order, you must contact one of our customer service executives either by email (support@soundworldinstruments.com) or by calling Sound World Instruments (A Division of anythingland, llc.) at 970-239-7007, and they will be happy to assist you.

    Sales Tax:
    Due to the location of our offices, we are required to collect 8.25% sales tax in the state of Texas and 7% sales tax on orders shipping to the state of Florida.
